I love opening my eyes as I wake up and seeing a soft orange glow peaking in past my curtains. It fills me with contentment. Seattle truly doesn't get enough sunshine if I get this excited by something so basic as LIGHT. That being said, I treasure it so very much. And it makes the U-district come alive... It really is a beautiful, charming neighborhood--in the right light.
