Last of the Mohicans

Kailey and I actually only watched about 50 minutes of it. Frankly, I didn't like it. The war element wasn't that intriguing, and neither was the love story. We got so impatient that we turned it off and watched Jeopardy instead.
Meet Joe Black

Okay, so I didn't get this from the library, I own it. It's a strange concept for a story (I don't think Julie saw it coming), and Brad Pitt's character is a little off the whole time. But I'm a sucker for it. The thrill of finding out Erin shared the same love for this movie! We had to watch it together right away. 3 hours, but a good, abnormal chick flick to say the least.
Fargo

Excellent movie. I wanted to watch it before I saw Burn After Reading. It didn't disappoint. Thrilling, suspenseful, funny.....especially Frances McDormand.
Shakespeare in Love

Very cute movie. Not terribly romantic if you ask me (I felt like both Gwenyth Paltrows and Jospeh Finnes's characters were a bit overdone, since right away they were obsessed with eachother), but still a fun movie. I just love Gwenyth Paltrow in general, and Ben Affleck brings comedy relief.
Thelma and Louise

It was better than I was expecting. It kinda dragged on for a bit at the end, but the characters were great. I think I was most impressed by the opening theme song by Hans Zimmer.....classic 90's.
Still waiting to be watched- Ed Wood, Goodfellas, Pulp Fiction, Dances with Wolves, and perhaps American Beauty (though I hear its fairly depressing). Plus I think Erin, Julie, and I will watch Titanic soon. Hooray for summer and having hours upon hours to catch up on the movies I was too young to watch as a child!
*Reference to song title by Travis, which is fast becoming a favorite.

I'm so glad you also appreciate Ben A. in that role. Really, I've come across very few who share my affinity for him as Ned...but I laugh HARD every time. Also, I'm up for any of the rest!
